Into reliable hands

The German company Trendline Bekleidungs und Textilhandels GmbH, a well-known manufacturer of outer women’s garments under Classic and Carla Degen brands, announced its bankruptcy in August this year. The Slovenian group of companies MURA D.D., whose subsidiary was Trendline GmbH, was unable to provide the necessary help as it was having financial difficulties and, according to local mass media, declared its bankruptcy two months later.
Several competing companies in the segment of outer women’s garments wished to become owners of Trendline GmbH company and its brands Classic and Carla Degen. By the decision of Bankruptcy Administration, the brand Classic was transferred to a more successful and reliable manufacturer – the company Baronia Fashion GmbH. Its CEO Thomas Mayer, in his turn, gladly announced that the trademark of Classic – high-quality woolen coats – will not disapper from the range and will complete perfectly the winter collection of Baronia 2010/11.
